Problem Note 56609: The Transactions panel might be empty when you view a case in SAS® Customer Due Diligence

On the SAS Customer Due Diligence case details page, you might find that there is no transaction information listed on the Transactions panel. You encounter this problem if you click the Transactions panel before you view the customer information displayed on the Customer Details panel.
